Areas of Practice:
Madeleine is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group and focuses her practice on a broad range of commercial litigation matters. Madeleine received her undergraduate and law degree from the University of Florida.
As a law student, Madeleine gained extensive legal experience through internships with the Honorable Judge Rice and the Office of the Florida Attorney General. During her last year of law school, she worked in one of UF Law’s Virgil Hawkins Civil Clinics in which she represented children in the juvenile delinquency and dependency systems. Prior to joining Smolker Bartlett, Madeleine practiced for a year in a variety of areas including insurance defense, state agency defense, personal injury, and business litigation.
