Maria A. Babajanian
Maria is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group and focuses her practice on a broad range of commercial litigation matters. Maria received her undergraduate degree and M.B.A. from the University of South Florida and her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. While attending Stetson, Maria served as an Articles and Symposia editor for the Stetson Law Review and published a case note in the journal. As a law student, Maria gained extensive legal experience through several internships for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the Securities Exchange Commission, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Tampa. Prior to joining Smolker Bartlett, Maria clerked for the Honorable Robert N. Opel II in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania for two years.
